A long sales cycle is the worst...
What most do NOT realize is that they can DRASTICALLY shorten it.
This applies to Enterprise deals to SMB deals.
Does that mean you can "one-call close" everything?
No - of course not. The key is thinking: "How can I shorten it down?"
If you have a typical 12 month sales cycle, how can you cut it down to 6 months or less?
If it's typically 6 months..how can you cut it down to 3 months?
