Brad had always been a decent performer being in sales for over a decade.
However, over the last several years, he had felt like his results plateaued and he was ready to truly level up.
In his current role, it was unique because his company sells wool insulation for homes. A premium product that was not being sold direct to the consumers but relied entirely on the architects and home builders to include in their home specifications and builds.
He had always thought that since it was a "direct sale" type of role, he didn't have as much influence as he expected since it was essentially channel sales.
We started working with Brad to shift how he thought about the sales process. He realized that if he was able to gain authority and "sell" to the architects and builders, they would essentially start including his product in the builds.
This would lead to increased sales for his company.
Brad started to leverage everything we taught and coached him on from outbound strategies to sales strategies.
In 10 months, he went from 170 to close to 300 architects/builders specifying his product. MEANING that they automatically starting including his product in ALL their builds.
So the more homes they built, the MORE Brad's company would sell in wool insulation!
The truth is that his results grew far beyond 70% and has been exponential as his company can now barely keep up with demand as a result of Brad's increased sales efforts.
